Origin is the statement of out terroir and our very first white wine produced from our vineyard. It is a testament to all the hard work in the vineyard during the season. Origin captures the essence of Shropshire, the sandstone terroir with the mineral finish. The cool climate shines through with a crisp acidity but beautifully balanced with the natural sugars. It has a natural allure of the clean, ripe grapes that were harvested during 2023.

After planting 4000 Bacchus vines 4 years ago on our mineral rich, sandy, stoney land we had high hopes for our first vintage. With lots of research and hard work caring for the vines and learning along the way to achieve the best quality, most flavoursome wine we can, we have the best first vintage we could wish for!
TASTING NOTES
This 2023 white wine made from single varietal bacchus has been produced in stainless steel vats and showcases beautiful fresh blossom and elderflower notes on the nose, paired with lemon, peach and minerality on the palette, this white wine is delightfully balanced with structure and body.
The sustainable growing process and terroir really shine through in this pale lemon, excellent white wine.
